Why is one heating zone not working?

Depends on the type:

Electric cooktop:

• Faulty heating element
• Loose internal connection

Induction cooktop:

• No cookware detected
• Incompatible cookware
• Incorrect zone selection

👉 Induction zones will not activate without proper cookware.
