Why doesn’t it drain?

Usually due to blockage, not a defect.

• Drain pump filter clogged
• Drain hose bent or blocked
• Incorrect drain height
• Foreign objects trapped (coins, lint, etc.)

👉 If water doesn’t drain, there is likely an obstruction.

What to do:

• Clean the filter
• Check the drain hose
• Verify proper installation
