DRIJA COMPANY, S.A. guarantees free repair service for its products, including both parts and labor, provided that all manufacturer installation parameters are met and the product is within its warranty period.

The DRIJA COMPANY, S.A. warranty covers 12 or 24 months (depending on the product). This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and in accordance with the operating instructions.

The properly completed and stamped certificate by the distributor, without alterations, along with the invoice or legal proof of purchase issued at the time of purchase, must accompany the product.

The purchase invoice must comply with the legislation of the country and include all customer, store, and product details.

Warranty service will be carried out by Authorized Service Centers (ASC) or technical personnel authorized by DRIJA COMPANY, S.A.

To make use of this warranty, you must contact us via WhatsApp. You must have all product accessories and the user manual, and provide a short video clearly showing the issue.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for 12 or 24 months (depending on the product), duly documented as follows:

The warranty does not imply replacement of the product with a new one, but rather repair at no cost, except where otherwise specified.

If a product cannot be repaired by DRIJA COMPANY, S.A., the following will apply:

a) One (1) year: Parts and labor for compact and Slim Touch range hoods, electric and induction cooktops, dual cooktops, gas ovens and gas grill ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and wine coolers. Does not include maintenance, usage instructions, installation, normal wear and tear, or transportation unless otherwise specified.

b) Two (2) years: Parts and labor for chimney-type hoods, 100% gas cooktops, electric ovens, and water heaters. Does not include maintenance, usage instructions, installation, normal wear and tear, or transportation unless otherwise specified.

c) Ten (10) years: Burners (if deformed); vitroceramic and induction glass surfaces only if cracked due to high temperatures (hail-type breakage). Labor is covered for 1 year only.

d) Ten (10) years: Compressor warranty for refrigerators only. Labor is covered for 1 year.

e) This warranty does not cover: removable accessories such as remote controls, knobs, grates, power adapters, bulbs, microwave plates, fan blades, power cords, glass parts, filters, mirrors, cabinets, plastic components (control panels), handles, or normal wear and tear.

Repair time will not exceed 30 days from the date of the Authorized Technician’s visit.

The technician visit must be scheduled within 15 days after the service request; otherwise, the case will be closed due to inactivity. A report number will be provided for tracking purposes.

If the residence is located in a remote area more than 75 km from the nearest ASC, the customer must deliver the product to the ASC at their own risk.

The customer is responsible for transporting the product to the ASC. If on-site service cannot be performed and the warranty does not apply, the customer must cover travel and related expenses.

If the technician visits the location at the customer’s request and the customer is not present, the customer will be responsible for the incurred costs.

If your product is not working properly, DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE STORE — CONTACT US! Technical visits are strictly home service; do not uninstall the product.

The customer is responsible for gas or refrigerant refills required by the product, as well as the materials used in this process.

Installation and maintenance costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

This warranty is valid only within the terms described above. Any extended warranty or similar is not covered under this certificate.

SITUATIONS THAT VOID THE WARRANTY

The warranty will be void if:

  • The customer does not present the warranty certificate, ID copy, or purchase invoice (or if these are lost, damaged, or altered).
  • The warranty certificate is presented without a valid purchase invoice.
  • The warranty period has expired.
  • Damage is caused by fire, flood, earthquakes, electrical storms, force majeure events, spills (especially corrosive substances), salt exposure, insects or rodents, adverse environmental conditions, battery leakage, misuse, abuse, drops, improper installation, negligence, commercial use, lack of maintenance, electrical supply irregularities, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Voltage or frequency modifications occur, or damage is caused by such conditions.
  • No voltage protector or stabilizer is used.
  • The product has been invaded by foreign elements (insects, rodents, sand, etc.) causing malfunction.
  • Damage results from improper use, installation, negligence, external impacts, scratches, cracks, paint damage, abrasive cleaning products, or similar causes.
  • The product has been disassembled, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • The serial number has been altered, removed, or is illegible.
  • Warranty seals are missing or broken.
  • The product is used for commercial or industrial purposes.
  • Damage occurs due to shipping or improper transportation.
  • The product was not legally imported into the country.

DRIJA COMPANY, S.A. will honor the warranty only if the product is properly installed according to the technical specifications outlined in the manual.
